Adriana spent most of her career in banking, primarily in senior financial roles within Slovak and other Central European banks. As Group Asset and Liability Management Manager, she oversaw a EUR 200 billion balance sheet of Austria’s Erste Group. Later, as Group Controlling Manager, she was responsible for financial planning and performance management across the entire group.
She then worked for four years as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of BCR, the largest Romanian bank and a member of Erste Group. After 22 years in banking, she transitioned to the corporate sector. As Managing Partner, she restructured the software business of the Slovak software consulting company Prefis.
Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer of GA Drilling, she supported the Slovak geothermal high-tech company in developing sustainable plans to enable the transition between different phases of growth.
Ľudovít brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, built across banks and corporate environments where clarity, structure, and high-quality financial insight were essential for effective leadership and decision-making. Throughout his career, he has consistently helped organizations transform complex financial data into transparent, reliable information that supports strategic management.
His professional journey began at Tatra Banka, followed by senior roles in accounting and financial management at Slovenská sporiteľňa. He later moved into an international leadership position as Head of Group Performance Management at the Austrian banking group Erste. Most recently, he applied his extensive expertise at GA Drilling in Slovakia, supporting the financial management of a high-tech, innovation-driven company.
Across roles and industries, Ľudovít has remained focused on strengthening financial discipline, improving performance management, and enabling companies to navigate growth with confidence.
